Hey everyone!
I know a couple of you may know this already, but I have just been told that our Rock Band event is being pushed back even further than December 7th. It'll happen sometime next year after Christmas break, which means we have a LOT more time to make decorations and make them look awesome! By the way, if you have been checking this website for updates and you are reading this post right now, would you please comment or respond to this post, or send me an email, somehow letting me know that you're getting the updates? I want news to travel quickly and efficiently and I'm worried that people may not get important info in time.
Another thing: soon in December, Mr. Jensen will not be available after school to supervise Art Club, which means we can either have it on Thursday or just not have at all, and we'll discuss that as a group soon.
I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving break! Have a great week, people! See you Friday!

Rock Band Event Decorations
Hey everyone! So you all know, we started working on making decorations for the Rock Band event, which is now planned to happen on December 7th, not November 30th. If you all wish to stay after and work on stuff Monday and/or Tuesday, great! I will not be able to contact you AT ALL while I'm gone on the cruise. We're not taking phones or anything because service is costly. Feel free to tell me what's up, though, but just know I'll get the update on or after Friday (I leave Monday). Have an awesome week guys! Happy Thanksgiving!

Art Club Meeting Tomorrow!

What's happening at Art Club!
Hey everyone!!!
I'm Katie Fosburgh, the president of the Art Club, and I want to update you on what's been going on lately!
I'd say that today's meeting went pretty well, would you agree? If you weren't here, that's OK. Today's focus was Japanese art, which includes (but is not limited to) things like anime, origami, and sumi-e, which is a style of art done in ink, but paint would work just as well. Next week, we're doing the same thing, so if you missed out this week, don't worry! You'll get a chance to try it next week!
For our website, we're trying to collect some more pictures of all of the awesome art you've done so far so we can upload it. Another thing: if you have created anything cool in here that you wouldn't mind being posted to the bulletin board outside of Mr. Jensen's room, please contact me or Mr. Jensen or one of the officials (Stephen Charles, Anna Foster, and Casey Brown) and we would love to post it out there and even upload it to the site! It's looking kind of empty right now...
One more thing: if you have any ideas concerning fundraisers or things you want to do as an activity for an Art Club meeting, let me (or again, one of the officials or Mr. Jensen) know! We'd love to have your input and we're looking for ideas.
Go forth and be artistic!!! We'll see you soon!
